Bengaluru June 29, 2025 (ANI): Karnataka Assembly LoP R Ashok condemned the death of five tigers, including a mother and four cubs, due to poisoning. He called for a thorough enquiry and demanded strict action from the government and the forest department to prevent such incidents in the future. Ashok emphasized the need for patrols near nearby villages and stronger measures against the culprits to protect wildlife.On the death of five tigers, including a mother tiger and four cubs, Karnataka Assembly LoP R Ashok said, "The enquiry is going on. They died because of the poison. That's the latest news. The forest department also has to take necessary action regarding the nearest village. They have to patrol, otherwise, this will happen again. The government has to take strict action against these culprits, only then can we save the wildlife...I demand that the government take stringent action."
