00:00Just look at what he was able to accomplish at the NATO summit in the Netherlands.
00:03Many of you were there.
00:05Our allies agreed to invest 5% of their GDP annually in defense
00:10because President Trump demanded it.
00:12This will be the most significant reinforcement of NATO's collective defense
00:16in the history of the NATO alliance.
00:19And as a result, the United States of America will carry less of the burden
00:22and our NATO allies will be stronger than ever before.
00:26As NATO Secretary General Ruda put it,
00:28for too long, one ally, the United States, and our taxpayers, I may add,
00:34carried too much of the burden of that commitment.
00:36And that changes today.
00:38President Trump made this change possible.
00:40We will produce trillions more for our common defense
00:44to make us stronger and fairer by equalizing spending between America and our allies.
00:49This is the Trump effect.
00:51This is what the president met when he declared that America is back.
