00:00I expect you saw that on the sidelines of the NATO summit at The Hague,
00:04President Trump had an hour-long, or about an hour-long, sit-down with President Zelensky.
00:08That happened behind closed doors, and it was their first face-to-face meeting
00:12since they met at St. Peter's Basilica in April.
00:16President Trump said it couldn't have been nicer, and it's been described as a good meeting.
00:21I mean, that all sounds pretty positive, doesn't it?
00:23It does indeed. It does indeed.
00:25As you say, the Vatican meeting was very positive.
00:27There was an earlier meeting in the Oval Office that wasn't very positive.
00:31So the last two have been good, and I think it is important for President Trump
00:37to hear directly from President Zelensky how he's doing in the war.
00:41One of the things that President Trump did say was he's now convinced, if he was ever in doubt,
00:47that President Zelensky really does want this war to stop.
00:50He doesn't want to—he's not going to surrender.
00:52He's not going to capitulate.
00:53But President Trump heard President Zelensky loud and clear that he wants this war to stop.
