MOSCOW, June 27 — The Russian Ministry of Defense has released footage showing the movement of autonomous launchers from the Yars PGRK strategic missile system during military exercises in the Altai Territory.

The units, part of the Barnaul missile complex, were deployed to combat patrol routes as part of scheduled maneuvers.

According to the official statement, the mobile missiles are carrying out a series of strategic tasks, including maneuvering operations along patrol routes and simulations of real combat scenarios.

Yars system crews are conducting marches of up to 100 km, performing field fortification tasks, camouflage, and protection measures. They are also training for combat against enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups.

In addition, support units are engaged in the removal of equipment from areas simulated to be contaminated with chemical agents, enhancing operational capability in hostile environments.
