00:00I just want to pick up on what you were saying there. I mean, has the U.S., in your opinion,

00:04with its daring operation under the cover of darkness in the early hours of Sunday morning,

00:09eliminated the Iranian nuclear threat, in your view, or just delayed it? What sounds more likely

00:14to you? Well, I think delay. I think even in the best of scenarios, the Iranians will always have,

00:19unless we are very vigilant, the potentiality of resuming their program. How extensive the

00:24damage is, I don't think anyone knows. Despite various claims, this report from our Defense

00:29Intelligence Agency, which is just one of many agencies, was preliminary. And so I think we

00:35have to wait for the battlefield assessment. The important thing, in my mind, is the balance of

00:39power has changed. The Iranians are clearly seeking an end to this conflict. And that's an opportunity

00:44for us to consolidate that shift, that reversal of fortune that Iran has suffered because of this

00:51military activity.
