Northants Police raid homes on Highfield Estate Kettering as part of the Clear Hold Build strategy

00:00Clearhole Build is a national initiative. Loads of forces have now adopted the methodology of

00:06Clearhole Build. It encompasses three phases, the first being a clear phase where we pursue

00:13relentless disruption on organised crime norminals. We work to utilise antisocial behavioural powers

00:21to improve trust and confidence levels amongst the community. So the first area we are focusing on

00:26is the Highfield Estate in Kettering. There have been multiple serious violent incidents in that area.

00:32Our Clearhole Build team have been placed within that area to rebuild trust and confidence and one

00:38thing that my team has done is gone into that community, spoke to residents, we've had community

00:43engagement surgeries and we've worked with our partnership agencies such as Housing Association

00:49and other agencies such as MIND S2S to identify which residents are most vulnerable

00:56and to identify what their concerns were within that area. The top three concerns within that area

01:01was drug misuse, antisocial behaviour and knife crime. Off the back of that we have completed some

01:07enforcement. We have conducted four warrants which has resulted in three arrests. Class A, Class B drugs

01:14have been identified at the property as well as a number of offensive weapons which have all been

01:20seized off the streets from that area and a current investigation is now ongoing with that. I'd like

01:27to say a massive thank you to the community, all the residents in the Highfield Estate. You've been

01:33amazing towards my team in supporting us in achieving this goal in making the quality of life and and

01:40reducing crime within your area a lot easier process for us so we thank you for that. Please do not
