00:00Yung Rodrigo Roa Duterte.
00:52I told our program director to cooperate and to help them.
00:56And so far, for the past two months, starting May, nagsimula na itong pag-aandun natin,
01:08pag-cooperate for witness protection.
01:11We're working as government protecting people.
01:15The government has to protect people, whether they're witnesses for the ICC or the general populace.
01:20We try to protect the people.
01:27Walang official communication.
02:05Basta ito, we will protect the witnesses. Whatever it takes to protect the witnesses, we will do.
02:11Because the prosecution will rely on these witnesses to prove their case.
02:35International Tribunal yan.
02:37And sabi ko nga, 95-81, we already chose not to pursue the cases and let the ICC pursue these cases.
02:46Given that, it becomes also our obligation to help them
02:50because we are giving up our jurisdiction for their jurisdiction.
03:28Pentequato Oras.
