Two motorcyclists were killed and two others seriously injured in an accident at KM51.1 of the South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) heading towards Pulau Carey on Wednesday (June 25) night.

00:00Two motorcyclists were killed and two others seriously injured
00:05in a crash along kilometre 51.1 of the South Klang Valley Expressway
00:11heading towards Pulau Keri late Wednesday night.
00:14Klang Selatan Police Chief ACP Ramli Kasa said all four victims,
00:19males aged between 15 and 25,
00:22were believed to have been racing at high speed from Laguna Park, Pulau Inda
00:27when the incident occurred around 11 p.m.
00:30Initial investigations revealed that two of the motorcycles clipped each other,
00:36causing the riders to fall,
00:37before being struck from behind by the other two riders.
00:41Two victims, aged 15 and 25, were pronounced dead at the scene.
00:46The remaining two victims, aged 15 and 24,
00:50suffered serious injuries and were rushed to Tengku Ampuan Rahima Hospital in Klang for treatment.
00:55Police are investigating the case under section 41, subsection 1 of the Road Transport Act 1987.
