00:03Although the actress's storyline was cut from the film,

00:06leaving her with a non-speaking role,

00:08it didn't stop the Bridgerton actress from being the diamond

00:11of the movie's European premiere in London.

00:14For the red carpet, the 30-year-old arrived in an all-gold Balmain gown

00:19featuring peplum detailing on the waist and a fitted pencil skirt.

00:23Simone's appearance comes one week after F1 director Joseph Kaczynski

00:27explained that reducing her role in the film wasn't an uncommon move.

00:32Telling People Magazine about the decision,

00:34which garnered quite the backlash from fans,

00:36it happens on every film when you have to shoot more than you can use.

00:40There were two or three storylines that ultimately didn't make it into the final cut.

00:45Adding of Simone, quote,

00:46She's an incredible talent, incredible actress, incredible singer.

00:50I would love to work with her again.

00:52And while the actress has not directly addressed the reduction of her character,

00:56Simone did share a message on Instagram gushing over the experience.
