00:00And he's still getting his money.
00:01It's still going to be over two years.
00:02It's a little more money.
00:03It's 50 over two as opposed to the option of 45.
00:07So, you know, he's still getting his money, and now he's helping the squad.
00:09I can't believe that this is just to stay under the tax.
00:12Yeah, and I think a lot of people are in that space.
00:13You go get Kevin Durant.
00:14You were second in the West last year.
00:16You want to push for it.
00:17So who are the players that maybe they could be looking at?
00:20The high end of this is what you were talking about with Jalen Brown.
00:22And we talked about this yesterday.
00:24People are still like, oh, Giannis is out there.
00:26I think we're in the same place, which is.
00:27But Alper and Shang-Goon has to be the starting point for a trade of that
00:31magnitude of salaries.
00:34It's, you know, accounting-type things in order to do that.
00:37I don't think anybody here is comfortable with making a trade
00:39with Alper and Shang-Goon right now, right?
00:42Am I wrong?
00:42Are you in there if Jalen Brown is the guy?
00:45No, not with Shang-Goon and Jalen Brown.
00:48But I think there's going to be some options out there.
00:50I mean, there might be a Jabari or Atari or something like that.
00:54You know, we have to see how it plays out.
00:56And, of course, they have the draft picks, too, that they can throw in.
01:00Unless you made it like a multi-team deal or what have you in order to make that happen.
01:04Which happened yesterday.
01:05Yeah, I guess that did happen yesterday because what was the trade?
01:08Christoph Sporzingis made his way out of Boston to Atlanta.
01:13I'm still interested in what they are actually doing.
01:15I mean, but Boston gets their savings, so they're able to do their money things.
01:19I think that the trades that Boston was making was more about creating space for them
01:22rather than getting off of Jalen Brown.
01:24So I don't even think that's available.
01:25But when we start talking about maybe free agents that you could sign where you talk about
01:29the mid-level exception and then maybe some of the cap space and stuff that you're creating
01:32here, although I don't know, I think signing into cap space, you might need to, it might
01:37just be the exceptions that you have.
01:39There's some players that are out there, especially when we talk about like guards that are out
01:42there.
01:43Would you want maybe like another point guard or something like that?
01:47Aaron Holiday is a free agent.
01:48You might sign him back.
01:48But would somebody like a, I don't know, like a Ty Jerome who really proved himself with
01:52Cleveland recently, would anybody like that be interesting to you?
01:56Or are you more thinking of trying to find like a wing player, someone liking to kill
02:00Alexander Walker.
02:01I saw myself and Lacey were talking about this on the text line yesterday, who last year
02:05only made like four and a half million dollars.
02:07It felt like he made himself a lot of money.
02:09But could you maybe convince him to take 14 million and give you another wing guy who can
02:14defend and knock down threes to add to your shoot.
