00:00A lot of ceremony yesterday in Cincinnati, MLB debut for the second overall pick of the 2024
00:06MLB draft. Already five guys making their MLB debuts from the draft last summer. That was the
00:12red starter, Chase Burns on the bump, a flamethrower who hit the 100 mile per hour mark in the opening
00:20frame of his Major League Baseball career and struck out all three Yankees, including Aaron
00:25Judge, that he faced. He had eight Ks yesterday in his full start. Didn't allow three earned when he
00:32left the game since he was trailing, but they rallied with three late and then an extra innings
00:37down four three in the 11th. They get a couple of RBIs and Gavin Lux delivers the game winning
00:43RBI single for Cincinnati. The Reds fight their way back to walk it off against the Pinstripes
00:49five to four in Cincy. Sometimes it's so sick. Take care of the players on base and knock them in.
00:55And you take a look at the Reds on the game, Ben, five of 12 with runners in scoring position,
00:58even though they left nine men on base. But look at the New York Yankees leaving seven on base,
01:02but one of nine with runners in scoring position. That's where you have to cash in. You take a look
01:06at the extra innings, right? Nobody scored in the 10th inning. You get the one that you expect for
01:10the Yankees in the top of that inning, but two by Cincinnati in the bottom of the 11th was enough
01:14to win. Burns be a fun pitcher to watch. He really will. But honestly, you take a look at the
01:18Yankees. They wasted a great start out of Carlos Rodon in that loss.
