Tamil actor Srikanth (46) was arrested on June 23, 2025, after Chennai police uncovered his link to a drug trafficking ring. Investigators traced about 40 purchases—totaling around ₹4.7 lakh—via former AIADMK functionary T Prasad. A raid at his Nungambakkam residence led to drug seizure and a blood test confirming narcotics. Police are also investigating Actor Krishna another Tamil actor believed to be in Kerala, as part of the same network
