Nowe dane pokazują, że sektor obronny intensyfikuje działania lobbingowe w Parlamencie Europejskim

Według nowych danych zebranych przez Transparency International, posłowie do PE znajdują się pod coraz większą presją lobbystów w kwestiach związanych z obronnością. W ciągu ostatniego roku lobbyści z sektora zbrojeniowego zorganizowali łącznie 197 spotkań.

00:00Global turmoil and widespread regional conflicts are echoing in Brussels.
00:07Talks on defense issues between MEPs and lobbyists are surging,
00:12according to data revealed today by Transparency International.
00:17From June 2024 to June 2025,
00:20there was a total of 197 meetings between authorities and defense firms, consultants and trade associations.
00:30That's nearly three times as much as the entire previous EU mandate,
00:36when only 78 such talks took place, Transparency told Euronews.
00:42German MEPs and rapporteurs were the most engaged, with 55 meetings.
00:48Bulgaria placed second with 19, followed by Spain, Finland, Italy and Denmark.
00:55Most major defense manufacturers actually started increasing their budget for EU lobbying

01:04Collectively, the EU's seven top players spent around 5.5 million euros in 2023,
