Blas Restaurant in St Davids has proudly announced the promotion of long-standing culinary talents Dan and Gareth to the positions of Head Chefs.
Their passion, creativity, and deep respect for local ingredients have long shaped our kitchen, and now, they’re leading it into an exciting new chapter.
“After nearly 20 years of working in the best kitchens across the UK and alongside many talented chefs, I’m excited for what we can achieve here,” said Gareth. “We have a passionate, willing team and are aiming to produce the best local food and develop our presence in Pembrokeshire.”
With Dan and Gareth’s lead, Blas continues its commitment to seasonal, locally inspired offerings, now with even more creative flair.
The restaurant’s carefully curated, flavourful, new grill selection offers something special for every palate, including baby monkfish, stone bass, ribeye steak, pork collar, lamb rack, and young leeks with smoked ricotta.
Ingredients are thoughtfully sourced from trusted Pembrokeshire and Welsh producers.
In addition to these new grill dishes, guests can still enjoy the full à la carte menu and the popular afternoon tea, making Blas a versatile destination for anyone sin search of a refined lunch, a leisurely afternoon or an evening of indulgent dining.
