2. Takbeer-e-Tahreema (تکبیر تحریمہ) Raise hands to the shoulders or chest level, say "Allahu Akbar", and place hands on the chest:
Right hand over left hand on the upper chest (not below the navel like men).
3. Qiyaam (Standing) Recite:
Thana (Subhanaka Allahumma…)
Surah Al-Fatiha
Another Surah (e.g., Ikhlas)
4. Rukoo (Bowing) Bend forward only enough so that hands reach the knees, keeping arms close to the body, say:
"Subhana Rabbiyal Azeem" (3 times)
Back should not be fully flat, unlike men.
5. Qauma (Standing after Rukoo) Come back to standing and say:
"Sami Allahu liman Hamidah"
Then say: "Rabbana lakal hamd"
6. Sajdah (Prostration) Go to prostration while saying "Allahu Akbar"
Place:
Forehead, nose, hands, knees, and toes on the ground
Elbows and stomach close to the body, not spread like men
Say: "Subhana Rabbiyal A'la" (3 times)
7. Jalsah (Sitting between two Sajdahs) Sit with feet to the right side (Tawarruk style), say:
"Rabbighfirli, Rabbighfirli"
Then perform second Sajdah again
8. Tashahhud (Sitting after 2nd Rakat) After 2 rakats, sit and recite:
"At-tahiyyat..."
For more rakats: Stand up again saying "Allahu Akbar"
9. End of Salah In last sitting (Qaidah Akhirah), recite:
At-tahiyyat
Durood-e-Ibrahim
Dua (e.g., Rabbana Aatina...)
End with Salam:
Turn head right and say "Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullah"
