00:00With the very significantly lower capital costs in Vietnam, a ready market that matches the
00:06throughput for the scour in black oil and significantly lower operating costs in Vietnam,
00:12that as an integrated entity, a black oil scour and a Vietnamese top-making plant made an outstanding
00:19economic sense that would give us a competitive advantage in the marketplace in Vietnam and allow
00:25a significantly higher netback for the scour in black oil. There is no doubt that a new company
00:32like QWall has significantly harder challenges in raising both debt and equity for this sort of
00:38project of this dollar magnitude. We're talking about equity, let's talk about even figures,
00:45$40 million of equity, $40 million of debt sort of figures. That includes working capital and those
00:51sorts of things. Good companies are very conscious and aware of their corporate social responsibility
00:56and that includes how we fit in with the community, how we can support the community
01:01because at the end of the day if we support the community, the community will support us as well.
