00:00This Judge Alearn trial is now on its second day. Today the court heard from Salvation Army volunteers who gave evidence about the moments leading up to Miss Lucina's death. Her body was found in a laneway behind the Salvation Army Centre almost two and a half years ago now in Ballina. Her partner, Robert Carl Huber, is charged with her murder.

00:48Another witness who worked at the store told the court Mr Huber became aggressive after he was told he couldn't sleep in the courtyard overnight, repeatedly telling Miss Lucina that the situation was all her fault.
