00:00I have read that you didn't watch the original when it came out, but as a man who's heavily involved in the British film industry,
00:06can you remember how that film changed the British film industry and how Danny Boyle and Alex Garland went to it as well?
00:10Yeah, I can remember. I don't know why I didn't. I don't know. For some reason, I didn't see it.
00:14But actually, I loved seeing it and knowing I was going to do this. I thought it was fantastic.
00:20But yeah, I remember it coming out, but I didn't see it.
00:23And also, your character within this film is covered in iodine, so I imagine every morning,
00:28How does that feel, to be rubbed down in that substance every day you get out the trailer?
00:31Is it like a therapeutic way to start the morning?
00:33Not really. No. It wakes you up.
00:38I want to ask, I'm sorry, but my editor can tell me about your role in Sunrise on the Reef.
00:44Yes.
00:44Is it what you know about the birth of the franchise and the outside film?
00:48I'm really thrilled. Look, I'm a Donald Sutherland fan.
00:53I'm sure I'm not going to try and be Donald Sutherland because no one can be him.
00:58But I think the character he created is very complex and the complexity of that psychology,
01:05I hope I can echo in some way.
