00:00Now that Craig is a year and a half in with the whole operation and kind of knowing how things work, what would you say has been his strength?
00:10And can you, as someone that's in charge of the baseball ops, see it more clearly now this season than maybe last season?
00:18Yeah, I mean, he's certainly more comfortable.
00:22So he changed his staff a little bit based on some of his recommendations.
00:26So I think the staff is more reflective of what he wants.
00:29I think that if you look at the way we're playing this year in terms of how we're running the bases and how we're playing defense, I think it's more reflective of what he wants.
00:38And so, yeah, I think certainly having him here for a full year, getting him a chance to see what we do and then make some real recommendations has really been helpful.
00:48So, yeah, he's certainly more comfortable and I think as a result, you know, more effective.
00:53And I'd say in terms of his biggest strength, I mean, obviously he's incredibly bright and I think he makes great decisions in game and he's really well prepared.
01:02But I think his steadiness is really remarkable.
01:05It's hard to tell after games we won or lost is based on his reaction.
01:09He knows that, you know, this is a 162 game marathon.
01:14You have to, you know, be steady.
01:15And I think I can't imagine anyone more steady than him from on a day-to-day basis.
