00:00Ryan Presley being ineffective has certainly been something that wasn't necessarily expected.
00:05Daniel Palenzi's been good. You mentioned Keller, Julian Merriweather.
00:08We could go through the list, but I do wonder, how does your approach change if it does
00:15based on the ineffectiveness or the injury about needing to seek outside help,
00:20outside the organization, and when does that start in earnest?
00:22Yeah, I mean, listen, I think there's no question that the bullpen is going to be aided by outside help,
00:31whether that's big transactions or small.
00:34I think there's no question we're going to continue to add guys, and Pal Marantz is an example.
00:39We added him from Seattle, just like we did with Tyson Miller a year ago,
00:43and you just got to keep churning through relievers.
00:45I think as far as larger transactions, that doesn't really start probably until mid to late June at the earliest.
00:53This is the nature of it, and I think when you look around baseball now,
00:56there's a lot of teams that believe they're in the race that feel like they have a chance.
01:03That's one area that baseball is a little different right now than it has been in other years,
01:07where the sellers are less obvious.
01:10And so I do think that thinking about big external transactions,
01:15that's really call at least a month away, if not more.
01:18And so I think we've got to focus on smaller transactions,
01:20and we've got to focus on getting our guys healthy and having our own guys be effective.
