What are your best tips for looking after your garden in this heat — and how do you feel about hosepipe bans?

00:00Water the pots. The ground looks after itself really, but it's all the pots that you have that need water in.
00:07Keep your plants in the shade. Lots of mulching. Water first thing in the morning before the sun really gets warm.
00:20This heat you've just got to keep, try and look after them as best you can.
00:26Obviously you can't go watering these days very heavily. You've got to just do what you can with it. We have a water butt so at least we use that.
