00:09It's been 12 years since the announcement of the Chinese neighborhood diplomacy,
00:18which is at the core of it is the conviction that your development should be beneficial to the social and economic development of the neighboring countries.
00:34That's why I believe that by extending political, economic, trade, investment, humanitarian cooperation with our part of the world,
00:50China is achieving, trying to achieve the win-win situation for everybody, including its own concept of building the community of shared destiny.
01:12Do you think this meeting will be about hard policy proposals or is it more diplomatically symbolic?
01:20Well, it is both. I believe it is diplomatically symbolic as a message that China does have very vested interest in the development,
01:36prosperity, eventual prosperity of Central Asia.
01:39And, of course, there will be also specific discussion of projects to further enhance trade economic relations,
01:52especially in the field of energy, infrastructure development, industrial innovative sector and agriculture,
02:01agriculture, fair distribution of water resources and meeting common challenges like climate change and its effect on the environment and the future progress of economic plans.
