00:00Dramatic video in Santa Fe Springs shows armed ICE agents dressed in tactical gear swarming this SWAT meet.

00:07You guys should be so proud, so proud.

00:09It happened around 3.30 this afternoon off Alondra Boulevard.

00:13Air 7 captured a helicopter flying above the raid.

00:16On the ground, the agents appeared to be accompanied by Marines who were also armed.

00:21Witnesses say they seem to randomly go through the crowd asking questions.

00:25Asking people where they were from, where they were born from.

00:28I told them I was from the United States, and then they proceeded to walk away,

00:34and they took a picture of me with a specialized cell phone camera.

00:37These images show people being taken into custody as witnesses record video.

00:44To see it firsthand was kind of shocking, but also very disheartening.

00:48Liz, a U.S. citizen who doesn't want her face on camera,

00:52was here with her dad ahead of Father's Day to enjoy a concert.

00:55I saw them, and I thought, oh my gosh, are they going to take me?

00:57They're going to take my dad, and what's going to happen to us?

01:00So it did scare me.
