Israeli rescuers sort through rubble after Iranian missile attack.
Israeli emergency workers surveyed several damaged buildings in the coastal town of Bat Yam, just south of Tel Aviv, on early Sunday, June 15, after reports of a fresh Iranian missile strike on the country.
Some local media reports said that one woman in her 60s was killed in the Bat Yam strike, and another 30 were injured.
Israel and Iran launched fresh attacks on each other overnight into Sunday, stoking fears of a wider conflict after Israel expanded its surprise campaign against its main rival with a strike on the world's biggest gas field.
