A day after an Air India plane crashed in Gujarat's Ahmedabad, Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the crash site and met with injured victims in a hospital on Friday, June 13. PM Modi interacted with Vishwas Kumar Ramesh, the lone survivor of the tragedy who is undergoing treatment. He also chaired a review meeting with senior officials of the Gujarat government. Following his visit to the crash site, the Prime Minister said the loss of so many lives in such a heartbreaking manner was beyond words. Meanwhile, heart-wrenching stories about victims continue to emerge. At least 265 people lost their lives in the plane crash.
