Do top execs actually hold one-on-ones with direct reports?

Do C-suite executives loathe or love one-one-one meetings with their direct reports? We asked CEOs, COOs, and more at Fortune's COO Summit.

00:00I hate staff meetings and I am not a fan of one-on-one meetings.
