00:10Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk narrowly won a parliamentary vote of confidence on Thursday after his political camp lost the recent presidential election.
00:19Peace in the region and hybrid warfare were the main topics of the Odessa summit, which was attended by Ukraine, Romania, the Republic of Moldova, Serbia, Albania, Greece, Montenegro, Croatia and Slovenia.
00:32Russian war plans point to this region, Odessa, and then toward the borders with Moldova and Romania.
00:42And, of course, we need protection now, but even more, we need long-term guarantees that this can never happen again.
00:52Romanian President Niko Shordan accused Russia of undermining peace efforts.
00:57Russia is constantly rejecting any constructive initiatives and works to undermine the path to peace.
01:06Russia is coming up with unreasonable demands, knowing that they cannot be accepted.
01:14The only language Russia understands is strength, and we must do our best in helping Ukraine to negotiate from a position of strength.
01:25Moldova's President Maya Sandu has warned of the dangers of hybrid warfare aimed at influencing the country's parliamentary elections scheduled for this fall.
01:33We do learn every day by new attempts and new ways through which Russia tries to interfere with our internal processes, political processes, democratic processes.
01:45It is going to be tough, but we do want Moldovans to decide for Moldova at the parliamentary elections, not Kremlin.
01:53The Black Sea port city of Odessa was shelled by Russian forces in the run-up to the summit.
01:58Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk's government won a vote of confidence in Parliament on Thursday.

02:16The vote was preceded by a parliamentary exposé, where Tusk outlined a roadmap for his government for the remaining two and a half years of its term.
02:23The Polish Premier also answered questions from a record 269 MPs.
02:43Politicians from the ruling camp did not hide their satisfaction with the results of the vote.
02:48Premier Donald Tusk is the best premier who holds this coalition, gives its direction.
02:55Of course, there is a reset, a new beginning.
02:59It is an expose, a re-construction of the government.
03:01We have the parliamentary elections on the horizon.
03:05There is still a lot of time, but we know that the second half of the administration must look a little bit different.
03:11We get the votes, we go forward, we reject the arms.
03:14Opposition lawmakers were disappointed with the outcome.
03:17Donald Tusk should not be either a premier, or a president, or a man for freedom.
03:21How can you trust a person who doesn't trust you?
03:24How can you trust the vote of trust, the government who leads him?
03:31It's a shame for the Polish, it's a shame for the next two years.
03:35After winning the vote of confidence, Donald Tusk noted that a cabinet reshuffle is needed, which is set to take place in July.
03:42He emphasized new faces will appear in government as the correct course and end the dysfunction.
03:53Germany's Chancellor Friedrich Mertz welcomed Danish Prime Minister Mehta Frederiksen in Berlin with a military honors reception.
03:59The two leaders discussed a wide range of topics in their meeting, but topping the agenda was Russia's invasion of Ukraine and European security.
04:09Mertz and Frederiksen condemned the latest Russian attacks on Ukraine and reiterated their support to Kyiv.
04:15They also spoke about the need to bolster Europe's defenses, as they cited Russia posing a constant threat to the entire continent.
04:22The two NATO countries also emphasized that an increase in defense spending is crucial for the stability of the entire alliance.
04:30In two weeks, NATO leaders are set to convene for a summit in The Hague where they will discuss what Mertz called a historic increase in defense expenditure.
04:39Migration was also among the issues the leaders discussed in Berlin, where they both agreed on the need to tighten immigration policies.

04:56The EU and UK have reached a long-awaited agreement to ease cross-border trade and travel in Gibraltar,
05:04following years of post-Brexit wrangling over the contested territory.
05:08Britain and Spain have spent years negotiating a deal to ensure the free movement of people and goods across the British overseas territories' land border with Spain.
05:20Until now, one of the key sticking points was how the border would be managed.
05:26The new agreement eliminates physical barriers, checks and controls on people and goods moving between Spain and Gibraltar.
05:34As Mark said, our shared and overarching objective has been to secure the region's long-term prosperity,
05:43particularly by removing all physical barriers, checks and controls on people and goods crossing between Spain and Gibraltar,
05:53while preserving the integrity of the Schengen area, the EU single market and the customs union.
05:59All sides were keen to reach a deal before the EU's new entry-exit system takes effect later this year.
06:08The British government said the deal resolves the last major unresolved issue from Brexit,
06:14while Spain's foreign minister hailed it as historic.

07:04dans lequel la tech joue un rôle et on va décrypter ça pendant quatre jours.
07:08Among this year's stand-outs, innovations using AI to support mental health,
07:14like Immobot, a startup monitoring mood disorders passively and remotely.
07:48Another solution to improve mental well-being comes from AMOA,
07:56which merges neurosciences with scent to trigger emotional shifts in just a few minutes.

08:48Slovakia's Prime Minister Robert Foucault and Bulgarian President Roman Radev
08:53were among the important guests.

08:59economic reforms and ambition to become an international investment hub.
09:02The visit by Bulgarian President Radev focused on cooperation in IT, tourism and labour migration.
09:26Meanwhile, with Slovak Prime Minister Foucault, Mirzyoyev signed a declaration
09:31on a new strategic partnership on Monday.
09:34There are two directions, actually.
09:36One direction is like to re-establish our existing supply chain for our companies
09:43located in Slovakia.
09:45And on the other hand, also to enter new markets in Central Asian part of the world.
09:52So it means to invest in Uzbekistan.

09:59and automotive manufacturing, as well as joint digital initiatives.

10:32South Korea's military stopped its anti-North Korea loudspeaker broadcasts at the border on
10:37Wednesday.
10:39The move is part of a new policy by Liberal President Lee Jae-myung, who took office last
10:44week to ease tensions and restore trust.
10:48This reverses the hardline policies of the previous government, which resumed the broadcasts
10:53in June last year after a six-year pause.
10:57The broadcasts started again after a balloon war, where North Korea sent rubbish south in
11:03response to anti-Pyongyang leaflets sent north.
11:07President Lee had argued that the broadcasts caused unnecessary tension for border residents.
11:14On Monday, Seoul's government also officially called for activists to stop sending leaflets
11:21north.
11:24North Korea has not yet commented on Seoul's decision to halt the broadcasts.
11:30Despite the gesture, dialogue is seen as unlikely as Pyongyang remains focused on its military
11:36partnership with Russia.
11:37Many of the five and four actors have been gained by the support of the EU.
11:39The first election of the EU is now
11:57the EU.
11:58Without further ado, we are talking to the EU.
12:00I'm coming to the EU.
12:00The EU and the EU are going to go through a platform and the EU.
12:02For the EU, even though the EU is always going to be in the EU, I will have the EU.
