New Delhi, June 11, 2025 (ANI): Speaking on his PIL challenged the ongoing demolition drive in Batla House, AAP leader Amanatullah Khan on June 11 said that they have withdrawn their PIL as people who have received notices can file an appeal within 3 days. He also said that DDA wants to demolished this entire area and blamed that BJP government is behind this. “In PIL, Division Bench gave time for 3 days. People who have received notices can file an appeal within 3 days. We have withdrawn our PIL on this condition…People have been living there for more than 50 years. You have suddenly separated them.
