AAP denies Bhagwant Mann deplaned for being drunk; UP govt to probe waqf board's properties; more

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has refuted the allegations that Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann was deplaned at the Frankfurt airport in Germany because he was drunk and said it was "baseless”. AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal also termed the allegation 'fake'.

Meanwhile, the Uttar Pradesh government ordered a probe into all the properties owned by the waqf board on Tuesday. This comes after the government announced a survey of the madrasas, saying it wants to gather information on the number of teachers, their curriculum, and the basic facilities available.
