The United States, China, and the United Kingdom have reached an agreement to ease export controls, following two days of trade talks in London. teleSUR

00:00On Tuesday, the United States and China have agreed on a framework to implement their trade-truths
00:04and remove China's export restrictions on her earth.
00:08U.S. and Chinese negotiators agreed in principle to a framework on how to implement the consensus
00:13reached by the previous round of talks in Geneva last month
00:16and a phone call between the two countries' leaders last week.
00:20Officials on both sides will now take the proposal back to their leaders for approval,
00:24while neither side disclosed any specifics of the deal.
00:27U.S. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick indicated that both had agreed to hold back export controls
00:33on goods and technologies that are crucial to the other.
