00:09U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Besant, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick,
00:12and Trade Representative Jameson Greer will meet with their Chinese counterparts,
00:16led by Vice Premier He Liefeng. The talks will likely focus on U.S. tariffs and export controls,
00:22as well as rare-earth mineral exports from China.
