00:19I was expecting that they would really tackle the impeachment trial.

00:26Pero at the last part of the session, ni-remand nila yung case na pinasok ng House of Representatives.

00:42Nakaka-insulto ko ito eh.

00:44Malinaw po naman na talagang ginawaan namin ang lahat.

00:49Kaya kami nag-sign doon because we believe na tama ang dokumentong ipinasok sa Senado.

00:58First time itong nangyayari na ibinalik sa House of Representatives.

01:04And I'm really very disappointed with the Senate of the Philippines.

01:08Sir, kasi po ang binaday lang po yung pag-remand po sa non-empeachment of faith,

01:18back to 1000% because of the three earlier impeachment cases,

01:24ano daw po dapat ang pangin dapat na maunat?

01:27Bangaraw ko sa kailangan, pakahirin na looban ang important impeachment.

01:30But your thoughts about it?

01:31Hindi naman.

01:34Kaya nga sinabi kong I was the one who endorsed the third impeachment case

01:39and we waited for the final action of the committees.

01:47And then yung first and second,

01:51pinagsama-sama nga.

01:53At ginawang fourth impeachment case.

01:56So, ibig sabihin,

01:59yung mga nakalaman sa first, second, and third cases,

02:03kasama na po doon sa fourth impeachment case.

02:07So, I signed the fourth impeachment case.

02:11Pero yun po medyo issue yun,

02:13kasi yun,

02:14first, second, and third,

02:15tapos binang yung fourth,

02:17at tapos nagal din istambul,

02:26na ba yung fourth impeachment complaint

02:27might violate the one-year rule?

02:32Tama yung sinasabi ng isang senador na

02:47to the House of Representatives.

02:49At huwag nang i-remand yung case.

02:51Nakaka-insulto yung ginawa nila eh.

02:55Kasi ang House of Representatives

02:58saka ang Senate of the Philippines

03:01Co-equal branches ng gobyerno.

03:06At parang ang ginagawa nila,

03:08they are trying to supervise us.

03:12So, hindi ko maintindihan
