00:00the last 5k was super fast and it was a bit of a fight for the wheel of Milan yeah everybody
00:18knows he's the fastest like I said and it was clear he was so yeah I'm happy I joined the
00:26sprint and also happy with the third place again he was dropped in the main climb it was a bit far
00:30from the finish did I have the feeling that there might have been a way to keep him dropped keep
00:35it at the back no really difficult was also still quite far and we knew the whole team was waiting
00:40for him as well to bring him back so yeah we knew it was going to be really difficult so yeah I think
00:47sprint was inevitable today no I don't think so I mean the team did a good job and in the end it
01:01was was up to myself for positioning but I think in sprints like this it's it's almost impossible
01:08for me to beat him yeah he's one of the fastest guys in a bunch today so yeah I think I can be happy
01:16with the third place and just sensations today the sort of feedback your body's giving you did you
01:22feel even better today than you did yesterday yeah I felt pretty good actually so hopefully yeah I will
01:28get better and better day by day is this a little bit of what we talked about this morning you're still
01:32building that form towards the tour to France and everything's okay on target towards the tour yeah
01:37for sure I'm happy with the shape actually after the crash it was a bit of a doubt how the preparations
01:45would be but yeah I could do a lot of hours so this is exactly what I need now to try and suffer a bit
01:51in the final so there will be enough suffering left for for me rest of the week so yeah I'm looking forward
01:58so ideally after six more days you're leaving here with a little bit more training after that
02:02you're ready for July 5th at the tour to France normally yes so that's the goal
