Jammu, June 09, 2025 (ANI): Speaking on inauguration of mass distribution drive of AIDS and appliances under Rashtriya Vayoshri Yojana and assistance to disabled persons for purchase, Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on June 09 said that more than Rs 6 crores was distributed to those whose Aadhar screening was not done and their pensions were not passed. “Today, more than Rs 6 crores have been distributed to those whose Aadhar screening was not done and their pensions were not passed. Assistance has been provided to more than 19,000 'Divyangjan' (specially abled people). It will bring a significant change in their lives...,” said Manoj Sinha.
