00:00the one thing I figured out I guess and it took me probably Sophia going through

00:09some hardship for me to realize this is for about 15 weekends a year I either

00:14get to make a lot of people really happy or really upset and probably what I

00:20realized more than that is we get an opportunity every single day to make

00:23somebody feel special somebody feel happy and I will always measure myself

00:27on the impact that I can have on other people outside of winning a football

00:32game and Matt Brown has been an unbelievable steward of that and my

00:37opportunity to get to coach now I realized my selfish ambition early has

00:42really been humbled by the opportunity that we have as coaches and people in

00:46this room to influence others and help others so in closing I guess

00:57this room to watch as coaches and people in this room so I have got my

01:02work done so I think that your team is being able to see and work

01:06is becoming more and more inexperienced than you and I'm going to be
