00:29I even saw Chris Finch, who is the Timberwolves head coach, as you know, be mentioned as

00:36a name that they might want to pursue.

00:40Interesting, I guess.

00:41They're going to go and try to steal a coach from somewhere else.

00:44That's the plan.

00:46Well, I got to tell you, I think it's a little bizarre how the whole thing has unfolded.

00:52I think that the stories are coming out more and more that they were planning this for a

00:58long time to get rid of Thibodeau.

01:01They were talking about it allegedly months ago that they were going to get rid of this

01:07And then the playoffs unfolded.

01:11They go to the Eastern Conference Finals.

01:12Then they fire him.

01:13So when we initially talked about this guy getting fired, we talked about how they had to have

01:21a plan to, you know, initiate right at.

01:26I mean, that they had something in mind.

01:29Why would you fire this guy who, let's just face facts, you can hate him all you want.

01:35You can say bad things about him.

01:37All you want is rotations.

01:38I've heard all this nonsense, his handling of his bench guys, his handling of Brunson's

01:44minutes.

01:45I have heard every pathetic excuse for why they fired Tom Thibodeau.

01:52Tom Thibodeau has been in the league with three teams.

01:55He's won 57% of his games.

01:58I don't know how many times I've told you this.

02:00In Vegas, as a better at 53, you're making money.

02:03At 57, you're like a rock star.

03:25All I know is all they did was go to the playoffs and go on deep runs and they've never done that.

03:32And you just fired a guy that did it.

03:34All they did was go on deeper runs every year.

03:37Two rounds, second round twice, Eastern Conference Finals this year, you lose in six games.

03:43And now all of a sudden you suck and you're a horrible coach.

03:46I think the problem with the Knicks is, is that effing Leon Rose guy who never does interviews.

03:54If you're so effing smart, why don't you have 12 guys on the team that can play basketball?
