00:00This weekend Italians will vote in a referendum on whether to reduce the

00:06minimum period of residence to apply for an Italian passport from ten to five

00:10years. Riccardo Maggi, secretary of Europe Plus, supports decreasing the length of

00:16time required to apply for citizenship.
