00:00Basically, this type of tragedy is most unfortunate and the police yesterday, as far as my information goes, they said within a day we cannot arrange this because of the political pressure from the government that has, they were forced to accord the permission, which is most unfortunate.
00:25Second thing, in a way the political leadership and bureaucrats also most unfortunately, senior officers, they were more busy in taking selfies.
00:39I talked to many people in Bengaluru who are neutral, not to my party people, who are having the facts known and I spoke to them around between 3.30 to 3.40, more so 3.35.
01:01Three people have already dead, but in spite of that celebration was going on in front of Idan Soda.
01:11One more input I got from the police source itself, because entire chief ministers, ministers, deputy chief ministers and senior bureaucrats, they were all trying to take selfies with their family, family members, sons, grandsons.
01:32More police were engaged, not properly opened and my question to government is, see, whenever people want celebration, people will do it.
01:46Some people will do it, but the government has not seen how the arrangements are done, how many people are gathering, and after that also, first they celebrated in, after this very, very, very tragic incident, first incident, they celebrated in front of Idan Soda.
02:09All senior police officers, all senior police officers were there, and another celebration was done, after another eight people died, means total it became eleven, after that celebration was done in Chinaswami Kridangan, Chinaswami Stadium.
02:28third admission applied, and in September 22, there fell on our meeting and ordered in Chinaswami Kudumi's
02:51See, one is, one is, see, comparing to any kumbh, you cannot escape your responsibility.
03:00So, kumbh and these are totally uncomparable.
03:05First of all, when police denied, why did you force them to give the permission?
03:12Second point, my second question to Siddharamaya is, after the occurrence of the death,
03:19you continued your celebration, why did your deputy chief minister went to receive them?
03:25This is what it is, it is a government's work.
03:29This is an up-mukhi-mentri, everyone, all of your children, grandchildren, all of you have been sent to a selfie.
03:39Nobody is bothered about what has happened to the common man.
03:43And why did you continue the celebration?
03:45At five o'clock, crackers were burst.
03:49And kumbh mein huwa toh, aegdam sensitive, with all sensitive, sensitiveness, government handled.
03:57Koi bhi ja ke selfie nahi leh raha tha.
03:59Idhar aap aake selfie leheta hai aur kisi ke saath compare karta hai, itheek nahi hai.
04:03Iska judicial inquiry hona chahi hai.
04:06And who, how, when police denied, who forced them to give the permission?
04:10These are all the questions, which police, I mean, government has to reply, and the most insensitive government.
04:20And this is when some, it is when some, it is when we, politicians, or if we have a team on our own, we can tweet and invite and celebrate.
04:38Kar sakte hai hai, ja ke humi celebration mein khade hona aur baaki administration ko koi dhyaan nahi dhena, law and orders toh, koi dhyaan nahi dhena.
04:49This is totally la parwai hai hai, and highly condemnable, and there should be a judicial inquiry.
04:59And CM has said there will be a magistratal inquiry.
05:02I, we don't agree with that.
05:03There should, there should be a judicial inquiry.
05:06Anybody else, more than anybody else, government is squarely responsible.
05:12Both CM and deputy CM, they are responsible.
05:14Sir, what do you make of the statement by Mr. Sadar Amaiya, when he said that he did not expect such a crowd.
05:18The government did not expect such a crowd, it exceeded expectation.
05:22No, no, that's why police had said, no, no, we are, even Mr. Ashok, who is the leader of opposition, he has also said that police were not in favor of giving the permission for the celebration.
05:37And even they were demanding the open vehicle, that is open jeep celebration, that was also denied.
05:42Luckily, at least that much was done.
05:44But these people insisted, force, and made, and they themselves, they were trying to show,
05:54So, the total irresponsible behavior of the government has been exhibited shamelessly.
06:10Do you think that the BCCI should be able to give the support of the players' life, because the players' life can be risked, if they are in favor of this situation?
06:15Yes, that was also happened.
06:16That was also happened, where I got the information from Kohili, and if there were many people on the top of Kohili,
06:24They all tried to go for a selfie with him and they pushed him, ultimately I think he
06:40went off the procession, this is what I am being told.
06:53That was what happening, in my initial remark itself said, majority of the major police
06:59officers, they were there with the chief minister for the celebration in front of Izan Soda.
07:05This government, that itself is insensitiveness and shamelessness.
