On the House floor, Rep. Jeff Crank (R-CO) slammed the Biden-era FBI and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation for not doing enough to stop the suspect in the Boulder attack.

00:00Madam's consent to address the House for one minute and to revise and extend my remarks.
00:04Without objection, the gentleman is recognized for one minute.
00:09Mr. Speaker, I rise today to talk about the unspeakable tragedy that happened in Boulder,
00:16Colorado, in my home state of Colorado. The person who perpetrated that crime
00:25obtained a visa in August of 2022. Their visa expired in February of 2023,
00:37and my home state of Colorado issued them a driver's license in July of 2024.
00:46Mr. Speaker, Colorado lawmakers and our governor gave him a sanctuary pass.
00:53Mr. Speaker, this tragedy could have been avoided. He also was blocked from buying a gun in 2024,
01:01and the Biden FBI and the Polis Colorado Bureau of Investigation were on notice and didn't do anything.
01:08Let's pray for the victims and for our Jewish community, and I yield back.
