00:03A teenager who was seriously assaulted during an altercation at Ilkeston Marketplace has sadly died.
00:09Liam Derrett was out in town with friends when a fight broke out between other groups.
00:14During the incident, the 19-year-old was seriously assaulted and taken to Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham in a critical condition.
00:20Despite efforts of police at the scene, ambulance crews and hospital staff, Liam sadly died.
00:25The incident took place at about 2.10am on Sunday, at which time a large group of people were gathered on the Marketplace.
00:33Two men aged 23 and 24 were initially arrested on suspicion of inflicted grievous bodily harm with intent.
00:40In light of Liam's death, both have now been rearrested on suspicion of murder.
00:44They remain in police custody.
00:46Three other people, two women aged 18 and 19 and a 19-year-old man, were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
00:53They have been bailed pending further enquiries.
00:57Chief Superintendent Emma Aldred, who is in charge of policing in the area, has urged anyone who could help their investigation to do the right thing and come forward to speak to police.
01:09Original artworks by Banksy, including two pieces that were saved from destruction, are expected to raise six-figure sums when they go under the hammer for a Derbyshire auctioneer.
01:18The works include DJ on a cloud, a rare early piece by the elusive street artist, which was rescued from being thrown out when a shopping bath was being cleared.
01:28Two rats with a saw were similarly spared from the scrap heap.
01:31Both pieces have since gone on tour around the world and will be offered for public sale for the first time.
01:36The artworks, along with others, will go under the hammer on June 13th at Hanson's Auctioneers Derbyshire sale room in Etwall, with bidding available worldwide and in person.
