00:00Twelve volunteers and activists from the international NGO Freedom Flotilla Coalition
00:08are on their way to Gaza to deliver humanitarian aid.
00:12I don't know if you can see it. Yes, exactly.
00:14However, they were reporting a drone above their Madeline sailboat late Tuesday night.
00:19This is the third night, and there's a drone on top of our ship.
00:22We need your support right now.
00:24They left the Italian port of Catania last Sunday.
00:28After a previous attempt failed due to a drone attack in the Mediterranean,
00:33the crew, including climate activist Greta Thunberg, set sail carrying limited aid.
00:40A month after our latest attempt to go on with this mission, the boat was bombed twice.
00:48All evidence suggests Israel.
00:51And we are doing this because we have to keep our promise to the Palestinians to do everything in our power,
01:01to protest against the genocide and to try to open up a humanitarian corridor.
01:08We are counting on you to use your voice, your platform, everything you have at hand to protect humanity,
01:17to protect human rights and to stand on the right side of history.
01:22But we are also very nervous about what the IDF and the Tel Aviv regime will do when they arrive.
01:33This boat contains equipment that the Israelis will not allow into Gaza, crutches, baby formula, painkillers, antibiotics.
01:45We don't want any harm to come to these people.
01:47This is a humanitarian mission, doing what the rest of the world should be doing.
01:51The United Nations Special Rapporteurs have demanded a safe passage for the flotilla.
01:56They said aid is desperately needed for the people of Gaza
01:59and Israel should remember that the world is watching closely
02:03and refrain from any act of hostility against the volunteers on board Madeline.
02:08They said Israel must not interfere with the flotilla's freedom of navigation.
02:12Israel has ended its 11-week blockade on Gaza under global pressure,
02:17allowing limited United Nations-led aid to resume.
