00:00I understand that members of the crossbench also take their responsibility seriously,
00:05and they will express that in different ways today.
00:08But having spoken to members of the crossbench over the past weeks and months,
00:12and over the course of the last 24 hours,
00:14I know that all of them have taken their responsibility really seriously.
00:19They have taken...
00:20Oh, yeah, oh, oh, because you're too weak.
00:23Members on my right.
00:26Look, the Premier says I'm too weak, and he will...
00:29I'm weak as water.
00:30You're no leader.
00:32And you are?
00:34Honourable Speaker, the Premier will go to the personal attacks today,
00:38just as his leader of government business did,
00:41because he's angry and upset.
00:43He's angry and upset that he's lost the confidence of this House,
00:47and he wants to blame the opposition.
00:49Honourable Speaker, it is not up to the opposition
00:50to provide supply and confidence to this Premier, or any Premier.
00:54It is up to the Premier to take responsibility for his own actions,
00:57for the fact that he hasn't got the confidence of the crossbench,
01:01to take responsibility for his own actions.
01:03When he took Tasmania to an early election,
01:06when he promised Tasmanians that would deliver stability and confidence,
01:10when he said minority government would wreck the economy
01:13and wreck our health care system,
01:15Honourable Speaker, he's living up to exactly what he promised would happen
01:18under a minority government.
01:20It is his responsibility to have agreements with the crossbench.
