Leeds: Will the disposable vape ban deter vaping?

Is the disposable vape ban a good idea? Will the ban on disposable vapes deter you or the people you know from vaping?

00:07The ban on illegal drugs, but there's still drug addicts and dealers.

00:14And possibly people may turn back to smoking, they may buy illegal vapes.

00:22It's good that they've been banned because my back street is full of them,

00:25but I don't think we can make that.

00:27I say it's good, but actually how much difference will it make, I don't know.

00:31And what does worry me is it pushes the kids who use it to something else.

00:36But banning e-cigarettes, I don't know if that's going to work

00:38because I don't see people stopping, to be fair.

00:41They'll probably switch to cigarettes, which is going to be much more worse for them.

00:44They'll either get refillable ones or get shipped from China

00:48because it's quite easy to get shipped from abroad.

00:50It's a good thing, I think, but the ban is good.

00:54But again, people will still try to use some alternative.
