04:28So first of all, it's about making sure that maybe for instance using their social media platforms
04:35to actually be able to access early warning messages.
04:37But also when we have the digital media platforms,
04:40how do we make sure that the information we are using on our digital media platforms
04:43is also being shared to communities in a way and in a language they also understand?

05:09You know, women in the Philippines are nurturers and they're usually, it's a Montreal country
05:18and the women are the ones who actually lead and take care of the children, of the elderly.
05:25So the women are very important to make sure that everything is taken care of,
05:30especially when there is a crisis.
05:33They are the ones who move out the families to us safer.
