00:18According to the Neighborhood Secretary, Bienvenido La Guzma, employers should look at the possible dangers that will lead to the intense heat of the time.
00:26They should have proper ventilation in their offices and adjust their rest break or work locations so that the heat doesn't reach the affected areas.
00:35It also warned employers that there is a risk of punishment if they are exposed to the dangers of their workers.
00:45Meanwhile, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, or MMDA, returned the 30-minute heat break or heat stroke break policy for traffic enforcers and street sweepers.
00:56The break that will be done through a rotation schedule started on Monday and will last until May 31.
