02:13labindalawang senador lang ang maiiwan

02:15at wala ng quorum ang Senado.

02:17If we cannot conclude the trial before June 30, 2025,

02:23we must recognize this impeachment case

02:27is functionally dismissed

02:30by constitutional operation

02:32and no action can be taken by the 20th Congress

02:37on the matter for lack of constitutional authority.

03:10that the trial of the current impeachment case

03:14now pending before the Senate of the 19th Congress

03:21from the 19th Congress to the 20th Congress.
