01:25Di tulad ng sinasabi ng iba, the impeachment trial is alive and ongoing.

01:34Hindi naman pwedeng meron lang motion to dismiss.
01:38Pagbobotohan na namin, dismiss. In effect, acquit.
01:43Gayun din, hindi naman pwedeng, hindi pa kami nagkukundukta ng trial.
01:47Boboto na kami, convict.
01:50So, hindi yan patas, whether sa prosecution, whether sa impeached official, higit sa lahat, sa ating publiko.
01:58Sabi rin ni Sen. Joel Villanueva, tututulan niya kung may magmosyon na i-dismiss agad ng korte ang articles of impeachment.
02:05I don't know if it is still vague to some individuals, yung provision ng Constitution, yung initiation, exclusive sa House, trial, exclusive sa Senate.
02:20For me, parang napaka-clear rin. We need to have a trial.
02:25Gusto rin makita muna ng bagong senador na si Irwin Tulfo ang mga ebidensya, kaya kailangang umabot sa trial.
02:32Pero sabi niya,
02:32I'll be the first one to say, after a few days, wala naman laman, why don't we just dismiss this?
02:40Pero kung may laman naman, then let's fight.
02:42It will take six months, Sen. Irwin Tulfo, then let's go for it.
02:46Sabi rin ni Sen. Tito Soto, dapat bigyan ng pagkakataon ng prosekusyon at ang visa na ipresenta ang kanika nilang argumento.
02:54Sabay banggit sa hinaharap ng Senate leadership.
02:56I expect that the impeachment court will be called by July 29, nung kung sino man yung Senate President.
03:03Hindi pa pwedeng i-dribble yun, hindi pa pwedeng ibabalibalain yun, hindi pwede because it's what the Constitution says.
03:14We have to follow the Constitution.
03:15At kahit pa hindi sumunod ang Kamara sa ikalawang utos ng impeachment court,
03:19na dapat ideklara ng 20th Congress na desidido pa silang ituloy ang impeachment,
03:23Mananawagan kami na magkaroon ng schedule para pag-usapan ka agad yun at mag-convene yung impeachment court.
