00:00You kind of mentioned there that the locker room chemistry has maybe changed a little bit from the beginning of this season to now.
00:07What has surprised you about the group is how how they've developed this season?
00:11Um, we had some early injuries, right? And so the test was when the players that get back from injuries, when when those guys came back and they might not have been ready to play, but yet they were starters for us in the past.
00:34And that dynamic, because, you know, they were taking the place now of guys that were playing because they were hurt. Right.
00:41And so then when they got healthy and they got inserted in the lineup, it just felt a little bit off at that point.
00:47I think some of the guys that were playing were probably going, well, wait a minute, I'm doing pretty good.
00:51And the guys that were coming back from injuries that were really good and key factors of our super regional teams are saying, OK, I'm healthy now. Right, coach.
01:00And so I should be in the lineup. And that was a challenge. Right.
01:02So you really had to manage that in individual meetings and stuff behind the scenes.
01:06And it really kind of got the locker room a little shaky.
01:11You know, there was some selfishness there because there are always in sport, you know, guys want to play well.
01:17You got a chance to make a lot of money in this game. And so how can selfishness not be in any locker room?
01:23It's just about how you manage it. And we really tried to, as a staff, invest a ton of time into like almost counseling sessions.
01:30Offline, just come by, stop by, have coffee.
01:34Those kind of just kind of organic meetings, we did a lot of.
01:40And I think it really kind of paid dividends to unite the locker room.
01:43And like right now, it's really clean. It's really smooth.
01:46And I mean, it's a fun deal. Nobody really, you know, there's not a lot of resistance in the locker room whatsoever right now.
