00:00Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy cast doubt on Friday about the prospects for new peace talks with Russia and Istanbul next week.
00:09He said Kyiv is waiting for Russia to clarify its proposals in a promised memorandum.

00:38Maybe they're in Moscow, in general, addicted to diplomaties.
00:43Meanwhile, Russian overnight strikes killed at least two people, including a nine-year-old girl in the Zaporizhia region.
00:50Russian forces are also making steady gains in Sumi, with 11 more settlements under mandatory evacuation orders as troops close in on the area.
