Guwahati (Assam), May 31, 2025 (ANI): AIUDF MLA and Party General Secretary Rafiqul Islam says, "Guwahati has become like a pond. There is waterlogging on many streets. Water has entered many people's houses. This is because of unplanned roads, drainage, buildings... Guwahati has been declared a smart city, but there's no effect of it being a smart city... This is due to a lack of attention from the government... I request the Chief Minister to not trouble people anymore and make a plan to fix this soon..."
